Your first treatment includes Acupuncture (or a needle-free method) and a naturopathic consult (patient-specific self-care incl. diet, lifestyle, supplements). Combining acupuncture and self-care allows you to attain your health goals in less time than acupuncture alone. Healing is a process, not an event.
